What do I need to buy a planet?

You need an Ethereum wallet browser extension (e.g. MetaMask) with enough ETH to cover the spawn gas fee and the planet fee on OpenSea. Allow an extra $3–$4 for gas on top of the displayed price.

How long does delivery take?

Step 1 (spawn gas) is paid immediately via MetaMask. Your planet is spawned on Ethereum L1 within a few minutes and a private OpenSea listing appears reserved for your wallet. Complete the purchase on OpenSea to take full ownership.

L1 planets live on Ethereum mainnet with maximum security. L2 planets use Urbit's custom rollup for cheaper gas fees. We offer L1 planets with the flexibility to migrate to L2 later if desired.

The Urbit Sentiment Score (0–100) is a real-time metric measuring Urbit ecosystem health from media coverage, community activity, and on-chain Azimuth transfers. It influences dynamic pricing — higher activity may increase planet fees, quieter periods offer lower prices.

Can I resell my planet?

Yes. Your planet is an NFT you fully own. Transfer it, sell it on OpenSea or Rarible, or give it to someone else.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds. Once a planet is spawned on the blockchain the transaction is final and irreversible. Please double-check everything before confirming.
